Garrett Smart Electronics Returns & Warranty Information

Everthing sold is a new product from the manufacturer. We do not sell gray market goods or counterfeit products.

Our phones are very busy during the day. If you get the voice mail, please do leave us a message. All messages left are responded to by the end of the day unless its close to or after 5PM. We have people here on weekends also, responding to emails and calls.

We represent over 400 manufacturers and currently have around 96,000 items in our database available to sell. If you can't find what you are looking for please call or email, there is a good chance we can get the item for you. We are updating our database daily as new products become available and other products become discontinued.


We charge your card upfront for some of the products we order from distributors and manufacturers.
as we pay them upfront to get the best price for our customers.

The card is cleared the same day if an item is discontinued.

If a particular item is back ordered, you will be notified so you have the opportunity to keep the order or cancel. You may be charged upfront for the backordered item if you decide to wait for the item. Manufacturers fill the paid for orders first.

You are notified if an item is no longer available.

If you have a credit card dispute regarding a charge please contact us immediately. Give us the opportunity to resolve the issue before doing a chargeback. We incur a 50.00 non refundable fee even if we win the arbitration.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Sale is conditional upon our (the merchant) acceptance. Customer is only making an offer. We are under no implied obligation nor legal obligation to fill any order. Orders may be cancelled by us for any reason at anytime. Submitting an order and credit card payment does not constitute acceptance of the order by us, the merchant.

Return information

Within the first 10 days of receipt of your purchase you may return a product under certain conditions. Please email us with a description of the order and item you wish to return and the reason. Opened items cannot be returned. Product must be in the original packaging intact. No torn boxes or other packaging.

You may return any item that is the wrong item within 10 days for an exchange.

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days and on their way back to us. As we may need to return the item to the manufacturer or distributor and often before 30 days.

For item exchanges, or any defective product please include all original materials that came with the product. Including any accessory pieces, manuals and warranty cards.

If you simply wish to return an item because you don't want it we will not take it back. All sales are final. That includes all Fire and security equipment as well as audio video products.

Any products returned with missing or damaged original parts or other contents, or false claims of damage or working condition will be returned to the customer.

Chargeback Disputes

If you have an issue with an order please contact us immediately.

Fraudulent chargeback's will incur a 50.00 non refundable fee to the cardholder.
This is where someone keeps the products but does a chargeback making a fraudulent claim they did not receive the shipment.

Chargeback's where the customer did not contact us first, or try to resolve a dispute with us may incur a 50.00 processing fee. When chargeback's are initiated we may receive a penalty fee from certain credit card companies. This can also affect a merchants ratings.

Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations must be received by the close of the same business day you placed the order. That's because most of our orders ship the same day. You may call and we can check to see if its shipped out or not.

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to cancelling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, (our mistake) we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.

We accept all major credit cards. We will also accept payment by cashiers check or by money order. Checks may be held several days to clear before shipment is released. Make checks and money orders payable to Garrett Smart Electronics. Sorry, no COD orders are accepted. We also accept terms for government and educational institutions as special qualified businesses. All prices are subject to change without notice.


Most items are shipped UPS  Large objects may ship via alternate freight carriers.
